LIVERPOOL - The Letters    "I Want To Tell You"

The following letter of reference is from a past performance:

October 21, 1991

Gentlemen:

Thank you for your wonderful performances at Worlds of Fun during our 1991 Big Thrill Festival. I am very happy with the reaction of our patrons to your superb re-creation of the Beatles. As a Beatles-era high-schooler myself (class of 1967), I was thrilled to have the chance to hear and see "The Fab Four" in concert again.

I must admit I was a little incredulous when I viewed your video tape that anyone could sound that much like the Beatles. I hereby stand corrected. From the accuracy of the musical instruments, (the exact models, no less) to the arrangements and vocals, even to sampled sounds that the Beatles themselves could only create in their studio, the music was just like the real deal. It is even more amazing to hear the Beatles sound evolve exactly as it did from their musical beginnings through Magical Mystery Tour, Abbey Road, Sgt. Peppers, and beyond.

Your attention to detail is evident in everything. Hairstyles, costuming, staging, and on-stage dialogue are all as they should be.

So, I'll put my company's money where my mouth is. I have already contacted your agent regarding multiple appearances at Worlds of Fun in 1992. I hope you will fit us into your plans. If not, all of the above is a dreadful lie.

By the way, I will be glad to serve as a reference should you encounter other doubters. Have a great year.

Sincerely,

Gary Noble
