LIVERPOOL - The Letters     "I Want To Tell You"

The following letter of reference is from a past performance:

December 4, 1991

Dear Liverpool,

Thank you for your support of Jerry Viviano's Las Vegas Variety Show benefit for Catholic Charities. It was a fantastic show and record fundraiser for this event. Can you imagine raising $22,000 on an evening filled with rain, ice, and snow? Quite a tribute to everyone connected with the show!

Of course, the performance of the "Beatles" was the hit of the evening and contributed greatly to our success. You guys were fantastic!

As you know, the Catholic Charities program to serve "drug exposed infants" was highlighted in Father Al Rockers' acceptance speech the night of the show. You have played a major role in contributing to this program. In Holy Scripture, the words of Jesus are very explicit: "I was ill and you comforted me, in prison and you visited me." These infants are sick and in their own prison. You have responded to their needs.

May God bless you for your efforts!

Sincerely

Tom Tarwater
