LIVERPOOL - Fan Letters    "I Want To Tell You"

The following fan letter is from a recent performance:

Liverpool,
I am a college student/musician from NW Iowa who was lucky enough to see the best tribute band of the greatest rock band that ever lived. I was very skeptical to attend your concert at the Roof Garden in Arnolds Park last September because the Beatles have been my favorite band since I discovered rock'n roll, and I honestly did not think anyone could possibly bring to life the magic and the power their music has. Thank goodness I was grossly wrong. To put it plainly, you guys rocked the house and gave me an experience that will last the rest of my life.

You have an amazing show and really work the set well. Your level of professionalism and intense performance is by far the greatest that I have ever seen. It is so refreshing to see people who know exactly what they are doing, and are passionate about their music.

The little things, I think, really stand out as being a great tribute band. For example, the gentleman that plays John standing with his legs at a shoulder stance, bopping up and down like, just like Lennon really did. And I also really enjoyed Ringo waving and winking at the girls like the authentic footage. For George's solo I was expecting a bottle neck slide, but when he used the microphone stand...I can't describe. And Paul, so convincingly, brought the magic home.

I would love if you could play NW Iowa again, or even at the Roof Garden. I would definitely put the word out for you guys because you deserve it. Skepticism, I have learned, has no place in your show.

Thank you for an amazing night and giving me a chance to see them live since they were before my time. "Good-night", and thank you again,
